Database Developer with SSIS & SSRS (Burnaby, British Columbia)

Located in Burnaby, British Columbia our client requires the immediate project services of a Database Developer to assist with some SQL development.
Due to the implementation of some new functionality, the organization requires a Database Developer with SSIS and SSRS experience to provide analysis, development and error amendment for data within its system. This particular company relies heavily on its various web applications and as a result data is being transferred from numerous external sources to its in-house network of databases and applications. There are inconsistencies and errors in this information and to improve quality to the standard that our client aims for, issues need to be identified and fixes need to be put in place to prevent this happening in the future.
This project will require the Database Developer to gather requirements, perform analysis, conduct implementation and testing as well as provide some maintenance and support.
Requirements / Qualifications:
The candidate to be positioned for this immediate project role will present 5 or more years of proven experience working with SQL 2005/2008 within a development or database administration capacity and 3+ years working with SSRS, SSIS, OLAP Cubes and Profiler.
Proven experience with database design and modeling as well as development (Stored Procedures, functions & triggers) is a must. Experience with defect-tracking systems and data cleansing is also required.
An ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and great verbal and written communication skills are a must.
