Human Resources Coordinator/Health and Safety Specialist required for (Burnaby)

We are looking for someone to contribute to a strong and effective organization with competent personnel and positive corporate culture by providing professional advise and service to the management team in the following areas:
HR Policy Implementation
Recruitment and Selection
Compensation and Benefits
Training and Manpower
Employer-Employee Relations
Health and Safety Protocols in an Office/Warehouse environment
The successful candidate will have:
3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources and Health and Safety
Intermediate to Advanced use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A strong, self-motivated work ethic
Post-secondary education in Human Resources is beneficial but not required
