(World wide distributor of www.innate-gear.com) seek an intelligent, self motivated, mature, hard working individual for a full time position in our customr service department. Bilt Designs is a dynamic, growing business that provides products like BPA free Stainless steel water bottles that support an active and healthy lifestyle and Interex Industries Ltd. has over 40 years experience in providing outdoor products to the Canadian market place.
What you'll be doing-
Helping our Canadian and USA wholesale customers get the information and service they need while ordering our products or making related enquiries. Answering questions from interested users about our products. Handling phone calls, e-mailed documents and faxed orders, with related data-entry using the MS office suite.
What you need to do it well:
Applicant must have good communications skills in english, and conversation level french as we have a broad customer base across Canada. Previous experience in customer service, wholesale or retail would be an valued asset. A positive attitude. Strong MS office skills. An understanding and belief in the values behind conducting business in an ethical, socially and environmentally responsible manner. Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and great gear. Successful candidates for this position will be subject to criminal and credit records check.
