Client Support Representative (Historic Gastown)
at Human Resources in Vancouver
Founded in 1988, Metasoft is North America’s leading source of funding information for non-profit organizations (NPOs). Our customers include World Vision, The United Nations, The World Wildlife Fund and thousands of other leading NPOs worldwide.
We are currently seeking a goal oriented individual to help us develop and maintain a loyal customer base in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for
• Registration of new clients
• Managing client account information
• First stage technical assistance
• Training and assistance with use of database
• Conducting online demonstrations as necessary
• Handling customer service calls by providing assistance or referring to the appropriate department
• Tracking and reporting customer usage
Required Skills & Experience:
• Well developed telephone communication skills
• Excellent listening and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of internet-based tools and Microsoft Office software
• Strong desire to have a positive impact on charitable organizations
• Completion of post-secondary education is preferred
This is an entry level position and as such all necessary training will be provided.
Compensation will include salary and benefits.
