We currently supply our premium, cutting edge merino clothing to more than 2000 stores in 30 countries and we’re growing quickly. Our success has been achieved through a consistent commitment to brand-led marketing, below-the-line marketing techniques and an authentic product that works brilliantly in the outdoors. We have a talented and passionate Canadian team based in Vancouver and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of our success.

You will work collaboratively with Canadian senior managers, the Global Marketing function in New Zealand and other internal teams to create and implement innovative and successful marketing and promotional products and tools, which increase sales revenue and enhance the Icebreaker brand in Canada.
We would love to hear from you if you:
• Have a Marketing degree and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in marketing
• Have strategic abilities and can identify opportunities that will move the dial
• Can build detail oriented marketing plans
• Have the ability to develop and execute on planned initiatives in a timely manner
• Have experience in below the line marketing tactics with a proven ROI
• Have excellent project-management skills
• Understand marketing in wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels
• Have had experience managing budgets
• Possess clear and concise communication skills in order to get the message across to the sales team, customer service and marketing peers in a succinct manner. Bi-lingual in English and French preferred.
• Can travel outside of Canada for approximately 2 – 4 weeks per year and within Canada 10 weeks per year
• Possess an insatiable appetite for all things sweet and have a competitive desire to take on our current office foosball champion.
