Legal Administrative Assistant
Our client provides legal services exclusively to the insurance industry and is an industry leader in terms of expertise and experience. They are searching for a legal administrative assistant to join the firm.
The firm offers a good work/life balance and the opportunity to work with seasoned legal experts in a collegial work atmosphere.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
In addition to legal administrative assistance experience and knowledge, you will:
- be a self-starter who needs little direction and be able to work independently;
- be able to draft correspondence and documents;
- have the ability to manage all administrative functions of the practice;
- be able to handle a high level of paper flow and multiple files;
- posses strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- have excellent technical and analytical reasoning skills; and
- have excellent organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
Qualifications
You will have graduated from a legal administrative assistant diploma and have a minimum of 5 years litigation experience.
