Loss Prevention Representative, Part-Time (retail locations in Metro Vancouver and )

The real Canadian Superstore (division of Loblaw) is looking for part-time loss prevention representatives for most of our retail locations in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley.
Accountabilities:
• Deter, detect and apprehend shop thieves within our retail locations as per the Company policy
• Report fraudulent transactions and non-compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Complete necessary paperwork in a timely and professional manner
• Record daily activity, complete incident reports in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service as required
Role Requirements:
• Background in law enforcement and/or loss prevention
• Knowledge of retail operations and processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days, evenings and weekends
• Superior customer service and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to walk/stand/sit/work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
• First aid and/or CPR training advantageous
