WPCG is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst (Tier 2) for one of our Lower Mainland clients.
Job Description:
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing PC hardware, application, Operating Systems, email, and MS Office Suite of products support to various corporate users.
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of help desk support experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment
• Experience with trouble ticketing systems
• Relevant certifications are considered an asset (A+, MCDST, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
